A sample of Naoshi Arakawa's new manga series, Atwight Game (Note: Romanization not official), will be available in the 43rd issue of Kodansha's Weekly Shnen Magazine on September 21. Arakawa made the announcement on his Twitter account on Tuesday. Although Arakawa did not provide any other information on the manga, she did post the illustration of its main character below.
Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, a manga by Arakawa, first appeared in Kodansha's Monthly Shonen Magazine in 2011 and ran until February 2015. The eleventh and final compilation volume was released by Kodansha in Japan in May 2015. The manga served as the inspiration for a 22-episode television anime series that debuted in October 2014 and was made available on home video by Aniplex of America. A live-action movie based on the manga debuted in September 2016. The original manga was published in English by Kodansha Comics.
