On Monday, it was revealed by the Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun (Mairimashita! Iruma-kun) television anime's official Twitter account that Junko Takeuchi will be playing Barbatos Bachiko in the third season.

On October 8, the third season will begin. Iruma will compete with his classmates to gather ingredients in a demonic jungle in order to get ready for a harvest festival that will take place later in the season.

Main staff members that previously worked on the third season will return. The third season of Bandai Namco Pictures will be directed by Makoto Moriwaki once more, with Kazuyuki Fudeyasu once more overseeing the creation of the series. The new character designer is Yumiko Hara. The soundtrack is once more composed by Akimitsu Honma.

The anime's first season featured 23 episodes and debuted in October 2019 on NHK Educational.
