HIDIVE announced on Friday that the English dub of Shinkoshoto's My Isekai Life: I Gained a Second Character Class and Became the Strongest Sage in the World! (Tensei Kenja no Isekai Life: Daini no Shokugy o Ete, Sekai Saiky ni Narimashita) light novel series will begin streaming on August 22. The English dub cast consists of:

The anime debuted on July 4 at 8:00 p.m. (7:00 a.m. EDT) with a one-hour special airing of the first two episodes. The anime is also available on Tokyo MX, BS NTV, and BS Fuji, as well as Abema and other Japanese streaming services. As part of the summer simulcast season, HIDIVE is exclusively streaming the anime.

The plot revolves around Yji Sano, who works for a company that is tough on its employees. He gets a message on his computer after bringing some overtime work home: "You have been summoned to an alternate world!" It's a game-like world with status bars and abilities. Yji becomes a tamer after taming a slime monster. Then, all of a sudden, he becomes a sage and awakens magical powers within himself. Yji's alternate world adventure begins when he follows a slime, the most meek of all monsters.
