For Record of Ragnarok Season 2, Warner Bros. Japan published a revised trailer with character speech. Tomokazu Sugita plays Jack the Ripper, Katsuyuki Konishi plays Hercules, Subaru Kimura plays Raiden Tameemon, and Yuichi Nakamura plays Buddha, according to the revised teaser.

Netflix describes the show as:

Record of Ragnarok” is the story of 13 gods from across the globe and 13 of the world’s most notable humans fighting it out in one-on-one battles to decide the fate of humanity. Based on the manga created by Azychika, Shinya Umemura and Takumi Fukui, an earnest battle of transcendental rage begins!

Masao Okubo is Record of Ragnarok Season 2's director, Kazuyuki Fudeyasu is the show's composer, and Masaki Satou is the show's character designer. The Slow Loop series' composer, Yuka Yamada, is joining as a co-composer. Additionally, the Yumeta Company and Graphinica from the first season collaborated on the current season. Netflix's second season is slated to premiere in 2023.
