On Wednesday, the final song for the Uta Project from the anime film One Piece Film Red started to broadcast on singer Ado's official YouTube channel. Ado and Motohiro Hata worked together on the song "Kaze no Yukue."
The movie premiered on August 6 in Japan. At addition to conventional screenings, the movie had IMAX showings in 27 cinemas in Japan. On opening day, the picture was also shown in MX4D, 4DX, and Dolby Atmos. This fall, Crunchyroll will release the upcoming One Piece Film Red anime movie in theaters in the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Both an English dub and Japanese audio with English subtitles will be offered for the viewing.
The movie maintained its top spot for a third weekend. Over the weekend, the movie brought in 818,323,600 yen, or roughly $5.9 million. More than 6.65 million tickets have been sold for the movie, bringing in a cumulative income of 9,281,365,450 yen, or roughly $67.55 million.
