On Friday, the staff of Daisuke Aizawa's The Eminence in Shadow (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!) television anime unveiled more cast members as well as the composers of the anime's closing theme song. All of the recently revealed cast members portray pupils at the Midgar Royal Spellsword Academy:

Haruka Shiraishi as Rose Oriana

Rina Hidaka as Claire Kagenou

The light novels and their manga adaptation were published under license by Yen Press. According to the first volume:

The anime at Nexus (Darwin's Game, Granbelm) is directed by Kazuya Nakanishi, the principal animation director for Darwin's Game. Tzai's original character designs are being adapted for animation by Makoto Iino (Demon Lord, Retry!, Suppose a Kid From the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town). Those Snow White Notes, Black Clover) is in charge of the series' scripting.
