On Tuesday, Avex Pictures began streaming the second teaser video for the anime film adaptation of Tetsuya Imai's manga Break of Dawn (Bokura no Yoake). The studio also revealed the film's main cast, crew, new visual, and October release date.

The story of the "juvenile science fiction" manga is set in the near-future year of 2049, when humanity has known for several years that the Earth will collide with a large-scale comet. The manga's plot revolves around Yma, a young boy who is obsessed with space, robots, and the impending collision. He meets an extraterrestrial being, which he discovers is linked to the incoming comet.
