The third television season of Ryo Shirakome's Arifureta - From Commonplace to World's Strongest (Arifureta Shokugy de Sekai Saiky) light book series has been approved, according to an early screening of the most recent original video animation.

The anime's first season debuted on July 8, 2019. The series was broadcast on Funimation with subtitles, and on July 22nd, an English dub will start to be broadcast. According to Funimation, the narrative is as follows:

Hajime Nagumo and his classmates from high school are unexpectedly chosen to travel to a mythical country as heroes. Hajime, however, lacks Hajime's classmates' impressive stats and skills.
