And today in "With a grain of salt" A new 90s movie!
A live-action Hollywood Pac-Man film has been announced, leaving many wondering how a story will be created for a game that has nothing but a yellow sprite occasionally eating ghosts, while others will wonder how many liberties will be taken as a result of this fact.
The film is produced by Bandai Namco and Wayfarer Studios, which was founded by Justin Baldoni and Steve Sarowitz as a production company.
Chuck Williams, the producer of the Sonic film, is working on the Pac-Man film, which will be based on his "original idea," with Wayfarer Studios' Justin Baldoni, Manu Gargi, and Andrew Calof producing.
Pac-Man (originally known as Puck Man in Japan) was released on the Nintendo Entertainment System back in 1980
